Cannot update a record in table Worker (HcmWorker) with Unit of Work.

Have anyone has got this error :

"Cannot update a record in table Worker (HcmWorker) with Unit of Work.
Internal error has occurred in Unit of Work."

I already try to debug in different place still cannot find it.
