Event Trace Parser Tool for Microsoft Dynamics AX 4

Hell,
i have just found this blog entry: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/axperf/archive/2009/06/19/event-trace-parser-tool-for-microsoft-dynamics-ax-released.aspx

It states that "Event Trace Parser works with Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009". We use AX 4 but we can only download the AX 2012 trace tool. Is the old tool still available?
