How to add SOAP format data in NAVISION ?

Hi expert ,

   I want to Add/Update soap  xml  format multiple data of Customer / Item / Order . can you give me suggession which method i can use ? . Now i am using NAVISION service to Add/Update Customer / Item / Order .
