Track order cancellations

Hi All,

Is there a way to track order cancelation in AX(2009)? I have a requirement where I need to capture a cancellation date(cancellDateTime) and who canselled(byUser) info.....here're some details:

The user is using a sales order form(salesTable) where they change the status order to 'Cancelled' but there are no date cancellation and who change the status of the order in the form.

I'm guesing, it can be done by updating the table and form by adding these two fields(something like: cancelleddate and modifedby).

Just looking for the best approch to accomplish this from forumers
