Sure Step Methodology for Dynamics ax 2012 implementation

i want to ask about six phases in sure step methodology for my paper about dynamics ax 2012 implementation use sure step methodology, 
can anybody explain details what should i do in diagnostic, analysis, design, development, deployment and operation ? 
i have read the sure step user guide and it's diagram, but it just explain the highlight , i want to know more details.
if anyone of you have some articles about that, can you share to me? because i really want to know about that ..
