Assign text value to a new line

Hi

How do i assist a text value to a new line in table by using codeunit?

For example, i have a table

No.                    Text1                                      Text2                                           Text3

11111               Hello                                      How  are                                     you doing?   

I want to to display like this in another table

No.           Line Count         Text

11111         1000                 Hello

11111          2000                How are

11111          3000                you doing?

Please advice.
