I am using AX2009, I have uploaded customer master from excel into the AX. This is done at the time of go live. Upload done under the guidance of our partner. I am facing one problem. I am having one customer name for ex. ABC. Whenever I take any standard or customized AX report and save as excel. In that excel this particular ABC customer name column shifting one column ahead. for ex. I am runing customer aging report and save as excel. Report displaying A coulmn = customer account, B column = name and C = balances. All customer balances coming in C column but particular ABC customer balance coming in D column. Can any body help me out to sort out this problem.
