Error message when user click "Navigate" under Vendor Ledger Entries

Hi,

  When user click "Navigate" under vendor ledger entries, Navision 2013 show a error message "Page 29 Vendor Ledger Entries contains several Actions with the same ID-100. Redesign the page to remove duplicate Action IDs.".  I am super user and I did not get this error. Does anybody knows how to fix it? this user has all P&P permission.
