cannot create a record in General Journal entry(GeneralJournalEntry). date: the record already exists

i got the below error when i post the "Bill of material" journal by this location "Inventory and warehouse management-> journals -> Bills of materials".

Then i change the journal number from JSCN-##### to IBOM-#####, post the transaction again and get the same error.

This is Dynamics AX 2012 R2 system.
