We are in the process of integration CRM and NAV. Our Scenario is to update the CRM Quote to NAV sales quote. Our client using NAV database version is 2009 SP1 and application version is NAV 2009 R2 and CRM 2011 Rollup 11.
We have done the solution upgrade for connector in Navision database to achieve the CRM and NAV integration using MS Dynamics connector. Initially there is no NAV sales quote while configuring the Microsoft Dynamics NAV in the connector. Then we have customized the Navision to bring the NAV sales quote in the connector.
While configuring the Microsoft Dynamics NAV in the connector we receive error message that
Generate object definition for integration provider Sales Quote (Unchecked)
“Object definition for the integration provider Sales Quote failed to be written. Check the log for more detail”
We have test the same process in another server and successfully configured and connected and also mapped the fields. The data moved from CRM to NAV.
Please let me know the root cause of above error.
