debug fee

Hi all,

  I have a question need everybody advice.

when we run bank reconciliation, program show the "The length of the string is 22, but it must be than or equal to 20 character". I found that our "External Document No." field in General ledger is code 35. so I let consultant to fix it. he told me this is Navision bug and I need pay service fee for him. 

Yes, I need pay to consultant, because he spent time, but my question is can I let Microsoft refund to me because this is MS bug and I paid 16% annual fee every year ?
