Workflow Activation very slow in AX 2009

Hi All,

I am working in ax 2009 workflows.

When i am opening Purchase Requisition form the form opening takes nearly 2 mins.

And workflow also activating very slow to a selected record.

How can i reduce form access time and workflow enabling time.
