AX 2012 R2 Synch Error

Hi All 

      We have recently installed AX2012 R2 on New Server.Here i have created a new Var Model and doing all customizations.Suddenly when i am creating new field  in Table Say CustTable.....or any customization i am getting error as follows and the same Synch Error is Increasing with No.Please find the screen shot below and help me out in cracking it.
