XAL 3.5 ODBC driver connection problem

Dear everybody,

I'm a new comer of this forum and I would like to say "Hi" to everybody here!

I have a problem when I try to make a connect from OS version of Windows Server 2003 Enterprise to XAL ODBC driver using excel (any version) and it's always raise errors messages as below:
 
ERROR [S1000] [Simba][SimbaEngine ODBC Driver][DRM File Library]General error.
ERROR [IM006] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed
ERROR [01000] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] The driver doesn't support the versionof ODBC behavior that the application requested(see SQLSetEnvAttr).
 
Please give me any info about the errors which can be solve the problem.
