dxalw32.exe crashes on terminal server

All,

I have a problem on a Windows 2003 server running Citrix Metaframe latest version. I frequently have users complain that XAL crashes when trying to print. It seems to be related to the following error in the event log as below. Anyone has an idea of how to solve this ?
