regarding button enable and disable

Hi all,

 I have two button one for insert and another for delete. When I press the delete button it should disable the insert button and similarly when I press the insert button it should populate the records from the table and I should disable that button .when  I am doing this !! I got a error !!

Record with RecId 5637208058 in table 'Purchase orders' has mismatching Sequence field values. Original value was 5637208050, new value is 5637208058.

I am doing with after duplicating that purchtable !

I do add two button and that should manipulate the records.
