Show multiple transactions of a record on Report

Hi All!!

I want to show multiple transactions of a single record on a report. Can I know how to do this/

For example if I have a Department table having 3 depts. and employee table which contains employee details for a particular department,  I want t show the department number and the Employees who belong to a particular department.

Shall I use element.send() in this situation.
