I have been following Microsoft's walkthrough on Installing and Setting Up Email Logging on Microsoft Exchange Server, but when I get to the point where I need to enter the Autodiscovery E-Mail Address in Marketing Setup and enter the e-mail address created, I cannot select a Queue Folder Path. Each time I try, I receive a message indicating "Exchange Server cannot be found."
I have researched this issue and cannot find any information as to why I am running into this error. I have followed all of the instructions for setting up the Exchange account including checking all the permissions to the 2 public folders, but I just cannot seem to get past this error. The one thing that worries me is that our Exchange server is hosted. Any help on this would be very much appreciated.
