How to setup template and export to word for ax 2012...?

This is my task how to develop this...?

Generate external document to HR users

·        The system allows to generate the external documents which are selected by HR users. Users can choose the template and employee(s) for the external document generation in word format and the followings are samples:

·        Promotion

Report details would be discussed in the Report Management Section
