Checkbox grid checkbox if exists

I have 2 tables : InventItemGroup ( all itemgroupid ) and another table with some groupid in it

I want to create grid with all itemgroupid and one field as checkbox that is checked if the itemgroupid is present in it.

Also I want to insert or delete in the other table if they check or not

I'm not sure what's the best approach to do this.

Couldyou advise me if you can.
