Item usage report - AX 2009

Hi All,

Can anyone please direct me, what would be the approach to build this report.

Request: I need to display the item usage per month, let's say:

Usage of Item 'ABC"  for month 1 (01/01/13 - 01/31/13)  qty: 200

                                     for month 2 (02/01/13 - 02/28/13)    qty: 500   

                                   so on.........

                                for month 12(12/01/13 - 12/31/13) qty: 1000 

I need to show on the report a trends of item usage per month.

Does anybody have any solution for this?
