"you dont have permission to read table " not work in my computer but another computer work and message not show to me

Hi guys i have problem if any one can help me in that my dynamic nav 2009 r2
when you open or run  or design some tables in dynamic nav 2009r2 it give me error message "you don't have permission to read table xx"I create user give him supper permission then asynchronous it but not work although my license allow to me to open this tables i have client license.I take backup .fbk then put it in another computer it open and run and read every thing or tables
can any one told me why this problem happen and how i solve
In sql 2005 tables open and modified and read no problems
