Menu button Security

Hi all,

I have created a report in form Payment Journal in Account Payable. Report is running fine with admin account but I need to give privilege to an other user who's security role is "Account Payable Clerk ". Currently

this user in unable to see the menu button.

How can I give the access to user who's security role is Account Payable Clerk ".
