NoYes Enum vs. NoYesId EDT

Hi guys,

In DAX 2009, when do you need to use a NoYes enum and when to use the NoYesId EDT instead?

I tried having 2 fields and setting one as the enum and the other as the EDT, but I don't see any difference.
