Exchange rate issue

In AX 2009, we can set currency exchange rate as per custom for Import as well as for export.

but when we post the invoice system not pick Import & export exchange rates.

what  we are give in exchange rate Tab that values Only its  picking.

so can you please any one help me this issue.
